Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 packet herbs, frozen (e.g. herbs from Provence)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the mixer and pour into a container with a sieve insert so that the whey can drain off. Leave it outside for 1 day and in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  2. Tastes great with bread rolls, white bread or for grilling.
