Brizol

Brizol is not even the name of a dish, but a method of preparation. Means: fried in an omelet, egg. This way you can cook fish, chicken or pork chops. I will offer you a recipe for ground meat brizoli.

Ingredients

  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • minced meat – 120 g
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Break the eggs into a mug, add salt, and beat. Heat a small skillet (but not too much) with a little vegetable oil and pour the eggs over it.
  2. Put the minced meat in a thin layer on one-half of the eggs (preferably without bread and onions), and cover the minced meat with the other half (in the form of a dumpling), then turn it over and fry as it is fried.
  3. Cut the finished brizoli into pieces and serve with mashed potatoes, French fries, or any other side dish.
