To prepare brizol with minced meat and pickled cucumbers, prepare all the products. It is better to take minced pork and beef.
Put the eggs in a bowl, add milk. Whisk the mixture lightly until smooth. Add salt and pepper.
The minced meat should be mixed and beaten well. Divide the finished minced meat into 5-6 equal parts.
Now let’s start preparing the brizoli. Lay a layer of cling film on the table. Lubricate the surface of the film with a little vegetable oil.
Using a rolling pin, roll out a ball of minced meat into a layer equal to the dia of the frying pan.

Now let’s prepare the filling for the brizole. To do this, cut the pickled cucumbers into strips. Pass a clove of garlic through a press and mix it with mayonnaise.
Lubricate the brizol inside with a mayonnaise-garlic mixture. Put some pickled cucumbers inside and close the brizol.
