Minced Chicken Brizol

Brizol is a French cuisine dish. This is a delicious versatile egg dish that can be prepared with any filling – meat or fish. The perfect hearty breakfast as well as a festive snack. I recommend everyone to try the minced chicken brizol!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken – 450 g
  • Chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Milk – 60 ml
  • Butter – 25 g
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken seasoning – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Break 4 eggs into a bowl and combine with milk. Beat with a whisk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the pan over low heat, pour in vegetable oil, and add butter there. In a mixture of oils, fry three omelets on both sides, for 1 minute.
  3. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Drive an egg into the minced meat, add chicken seasoning, a little salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Put the minced meat on each omelet with a thin layer.
  5. We send brizoli with minced meat in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Tender and juicy minced chicken brizols are ready.
