Minced Chicken Sauce

An appetizing and delicious minced chicken sauce at home can complement any side dish. This dish will appeal to both adults and kids.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 4-5 Pieces
  • Sweet pepper – 1 Piece
  • Hot Pepper – To taste
  • Garlic – 1-3 Cloves
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Sugar – 1 Pinch
  • Spices – 1 Pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp

Directions

  1.  Here is such a minimal set of ingredients, which in half an hour will turn into an appetizing and very aromatic minced chicken sauce at home.
  2.  Washed and dried fillets must be passed through a meat grinder. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and send the minced meat there. Stir it more often so that no lumps form.
  3. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Put them in a blender bowl with a little sugar, salt and spices. Beat everything on medium speed until smooth.
  4. When the minced chicken is slightly browned, pour the sauce into the pan. Stir gently and simmer over medium heat.
  5. The sauce should boil down a little, and the minced meat should be cooked. Taste during the process and add salt or spices if necessary.
  6. There are many options for garnish. In this case, it will be spaghetti. They must be boiled in salted water, as indicated on the package.
