  • 7 tablespoon curry paste, red
  • 500 g coconut milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ soy sauce
  • 150 g corn
  • 280 g beans, reen, blanched
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 80 g cashew nuts
  • some basil, chopped
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Sweat the red curry paste in a wok. Add coconut milk, soy sauce, corn, broccoli, blanched green beans and cashew nuts and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Season with salt, garnish with basil and serve.
