- 1 broccoli
- 250 g pasta
- 50 g cooked ham
- 200 g processed herb cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml cream
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 bag cheese, grated

- Clean the broccoli, cut into florets and cook in salted water for about 5 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- Put the broccoli in a baking dish and cover with the pasta. Dice the ham and add.
- Heat the processed cheese, sour cream, cream, garlic and pepper in a saucepan and add the sauce to the baking dish. Finally sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat (175 ° C convection) for 20 - 30 minutes until golden yellow.
