Ingredients

  • 3 medium onion (s), cut into small pieces
  • 1 thin leek stick (s), cut into rings
  • 1 large broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 0.5 ½ bottle Cremefine
  • some salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • Parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. Fry the onions and leeks in a little olive oil and add the stock. Now add the broccoli florets and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes. Then puree and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Finally, the cream substitute is added.
  2. Decorate with freshly chopped basil or parsley if you like.
