Brown Rice with Egg and Vegetables

Chinese cuisine has not only spicy dishes and scary ingredients, but also many healthy recipes for everyday cooking. Most often they are made on the basis of rice with vegetables. This option is exactly that.

Ingredients
- Carrots – 1 Piece
- Frozen peas – 100 grams
- Brown rice – 250-300 Grams
- Soy sauce – 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Garlic – 1 Clove
- Vegetable oil – 1
- Salt – To taste
- Onions – 1 Piece
Directions
- Boil the washed rice in salted water until tender.
- Chop carrots and onions finely. Fry the vegetables until soft with the peas in hot oil. Then break the egg into the skillet.
- Stir the ingredients for 1.5 minutes.
- Then add rice and soy sauce to the pan. Stir.
- After a couple of minutes, the rice will be ready. Add salt to taste.
