  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Lemon peel, grated
  • Chilli pepper (s), cut into rings
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice until it stops starch and the water is clear. At the same time bring the appropriate amount of water for the rice to the boil. Put the rice in the boiling water and let it cook normally.
  2. While the rice is cooking, wash the egg and break it open as cleanly as possible, so that hardly any contents touch the shell, and place in a glass or something similar.
  3. Put the cooked rice in a bowl and make a hole in the middle of the rice pile. Put the egg in there and pour soy sauce over it if you like. Mix everything until the rice turns golden and everything is well mixed.
  4. Then you can also add toppings such as chives, chilli flakes, chilli rings and other herbs. Never forget, eat with your eyes!
