Bruschetta with Oranges and Whipped Cream

Bruschetta with oranges and whipped cream – a detailed recipe.

Ingredients

  • Baguette
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 1 red-orange (blood orange) or regular orange
  • 2 tbsp fine sugar
  • Whipped cream
  • Grated chocolate

Directions

  1. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread with butter, sprinkle with salt and sugar. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Remove slices of bread from the oven and cool slightly.
  2. Peel and film the orange, divide into segments, and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp sugar. Squeeze the juice from the remaining membranes into a separate saucepan, add 1 tbsp sugar. Place the saucepan on the stove and cook the syrup until thick.
  3. Cover the slices of bread with whipped cream and place the orange slices on top. Sprinkle with chocolate and pour over with orange syrup.
