Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 0.5 onions
  • 80 g apples
  • 140 g white fish paste
  • 50 g cranberries
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 20 g French mustard

Bruschetta with White Fish Paste and Apple-Cranberry Chutney

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients and let's get started!
  2. Dice the onion and peeled apple.
  3. Cut the zest from the lemon and cut it into thin strips.
  4. Saute the onion, apple and part of the zest for 10 minutes.
  5. Then add sugar, mustard, lemon juice, cranberries and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Fry the baguette slices in a dry skillet or grill.
  7. Place the pasta on top of them.
  8. Top with the apple-cranberry mixture (chutney) and garnish with the remaining zest.
  9. Done.
