Ingredients

  • 750 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 g tomato (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ broth
  • 125 g processed cheese (herbs)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 125 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes, drain and drain.
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Score the tomatoes crosswise, scald with boiling water, peel off the skin,
  4. Cut into slices and layer in the baking dish with the Brussels sprouts.
  5. Bring the broth to the boil and slowly dissolve the processed cheese in it. Season with pepper and nutmeg and pour over the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and put the mold in the oven at 175 degrees (convection) for about 30 minutes.
