Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 125 ml mineral water
  • 4 tablespoon oil, tasteless
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 150 g Kat ham
  • 1 large onion (s), red
  • pepper

Brussels Sprouts Tarte Flambée with Ham, Red Onions and Feta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Process the flour, water, oil and salt into the dough.
  3. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut in half and cook with a little salt for approx. 5 minutes until al dente. Cut the other ingredients into slices and pieces. Roll out the dough, spread the crème fraîche on top and cover with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Then bake for about 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
