Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s), an elongated variety
  • 1 small zucchini, green or yellow
  • 7 slices bacon
  • 8 large basil leaves
  • 8 ball / n buffalo mozzarella (mini balls)
  • alsamic Cream
  • Fleur de Sel (Flor de Sal)

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into slightly thicker slices. Halve the mozzarella if necessary. Fry the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  2. Arrange the tomatoes on a plate and sprinkle with salt. Place the zucchini on top and the mozzarella too. Add a leaf of basil and place a slice or half a slice of bacon on top. Now fix with a wooden piercer, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and you`re done.
  3. That can be prepared wonderfully. The zucchini is not fried and the skewers taste very good even after 2 hours.
  4. It also looks good on a buffet, but also works well as a small starter.
