Buffalo Sauce

There are several options for making Buffalo Sauce. Most often it is cooked on the stove, adding one ingredient after another, but I suggest cooking without a stove, using just a microwave.

Ingredients

  • Tomato paste – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Butter – 70 Grams
  • Garlic – 200 Grams
  • Sugar – 3 Teaspoons
  • Wine vinegar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Water – 4 Art. spoons
  • Wochester sauce – 3 tbsp (Worcestershire)
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. To make the sauce, we need to take butter. Place it in a bowl. Add tomato paste and 2 teaspoons of drinking water. Stir as much as possible. Place the container in the microwave for 30 seconds. The butter should melt. Mix it with tomato paste and water, put it back in the microwave for 10 seconds. Stir.
  2. Add 3 tablespoon to the resulting mass. spoons of Worcestershire sauce. If you don’t have it, you can replace it with soy sauce. Stir again. Add wine vinegar. Stir again.
  3. Squeeze the garlic through a press. Add a couple of teaspoons of sugar. Mix everything and put it in the microwave again for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir the sauce well. If it is too thick, add some boiled water. Now add spices to the sauce: black pepper, red pepper, cayenne pepper, coriander. Stir. Now the sauce is ready.
  5. Serve the sauce to the table.
