  • 375 grams flour
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 100 ml buttermilk, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 100 g butter, melt
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the sugar and yeast.
  2. Add the lukewarm buttermilk, rum, eggs and butter and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  3. Then collide and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Then knead the dough well and distribute it on the molds, let rise one last time for 30 minutes.
  5. Then bake at 220 ° C for about 15 minutes until golden.
  6. They taste best warm with butter, jam, Nutella etc
