  • 1 packet Cabanossi
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 cup cream
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until it is almost al dente. During this time, cut the Cabanossi into small slices and preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. In a bowl, stir together the cream, half of the grated cheese and the tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper (lightly).
  3. Lightly fry the Cabanossi in a pan with a little oil, then deglaze with the cream sauce and stir until the sauce has the desired consistency.
  4. Put the pasta in a greased casserole dish (a small one is sufficient) and pour the sauce over it. Finally, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and, if necessary, with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the casserole on the middle rack in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
