- 1 head white cabbage, or savoy cabbage, medium-sized
- 1 kg mett
- 1 small onion (s), diced
- 1 medium egg (s)

- Remove the outer leaves of the white cabbage or savoy cabbage, cut into small pieces or finely grate and blanch, drain.
