- 750 g beef
- 1 bunch soup greens
- 1 bay leaf
- 10 grains allspice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 glass Letscho
- 250 g tomato ketchup
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 4 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt

- Boil the piece of beef with soup greens, garlic, spices, bay leaf and 1 tablespoon salt in water for 1 1/2 hours and then let it cool.
- Chop the cold meat, lecho, onions and cucumber into small pieces. Add the ketchup and season with salt and cayenne pepper.
