Cake “Chocolate Girl”

Many people know the Milk Girl cake. Delicate, creamy taste. Today I offer a recipe for this chocolate-flavored cake. Try it, you won’t regret it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Condensed milk – 380 grams
  • Wheat flour – 200 Grams
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder – 4 tbsp (2 tablespoons – in the dough, 2 tablespoons – in the cream)
  • Cream – 500 Milliliters (33-35% fat)
  • Sugar powder – 50 Grams
  • Chocolate – 30 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for making the cake.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy.
  4. Pour in the condensed milk.
  5. And again, beat the eggs with condensed milk well with a mixer.
  6. Sift the flour with two tablespoons of cocoa and add to the bowl with the egg and milk mixture.
  7. Add baking powder and mix well.
  8. Draw a 20 cm circle on the parchment. Flip it over and lay out two tablespoons of dough.
  9. Flatten the dough on the paper. If you are not sure about the quality of the paper, then grease it with oil and only then lay out the dough.
  10. Bake the cake in the oven at 175-180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let the cake cool and then carefully remove the paper. In this way, bake all 8 layers.
  11. Prepare cake cream. Pour heavy cream into a bowl. Cool them well before doing this. Add powdered sugar and two tablespoons of sifted cocoa powder.
  12. Use a blender or mixer to whip the cream, icing sugar and cocoa until fluffy, firm foam.
  13. Place the removable mold ring on the dish. Lay out the first cake and brush it with cream.
  14. So collect the cake.
  15. Decorate the cake with grated chocolate and cream flowers.
  16. Let the cake soak for 5-6 hours, or better overnight, and serve.
