Ingredients

  • 125 g flour
  • 75 ml water, warm
  • 5 g yeast, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 3 slices salami (thin )
  • 3 slices cooked ham (thin )
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 40 g mushrooms, from the lass
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  2. Knead the flour, warm water, yeast and salt in the food processor to form a smooth dough. Doesn`t have to go, kneading for 10 minutes is enough.
  3. Chop the salami, ham and egg into small pieces, drain the mushrooms. Mix the tomato paste with the water to a tomato sauce (with a fork or whisk).
  4. Roll out the dough thinly with flour and ideally place it on a round pizza tray. Brush with 2/3 of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle 3/4 of the cheese on top. Top with salami, mushrooms, ham and egg on one side. Fold the dough shut so that the lower half protrudes slightly. Then fold it down and press it down lightly. Finally, brush with the rest of the tomato sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  5. Bake at 250 ° C for about 7 minutes. Since ovens are often very different, adjust to your own oven.
