Ingredients
- 250 g rice (red Camarue rice)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 sprigs thyme, fresh
- 1 sprig rosemary, fresh
- 3 stalks parsley, fresh, large-leaved
- 1 sprig mint
- Sea salt and pepper from the mill

- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet. This takes about 1 hour to cook. Then let it cool down for 1 hour.
- Chop the onion finely. Squeeze the lemon. Wash the herbs, spin dry and chop very finely. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, onion and herbs into the rice. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper from the mill.
- Baked feta or grilled vegetables with herb quark also taste great.
