Ingredients
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cup rice (parboiled rice)
- Water (salt water)
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can cashew nuts

- Boil the rice in salted water, leave to cool. Mix the oil with the lemon juice. Chop the garlic cloves as small as possible and add them.
- Cut the pepper into small pieces. Drain the beans and corn. Add all ingredients to the sauce and mix well.
