Ingredients
- 1 bunch carrot (s)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 2 romaine lettuce or lettuce hearts
- 1 can corn
- 1 pack cashew nuts
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream
- 4 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 1 pack 8 herbs, frozen
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Slice carrots and radishes, cut the romaine lettuce into strips and mix with the corn.
- Prepare the dressing with the mayonnaise, cream, yoghurt, lemon juice, the herbs and the finely chopped egg and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Mix with the salad. Finally, sprinkle the cashew nuts on the salad.
