Ingredients

  • 150 g puff pastry, frozen food
  • 150 g camembert (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon almond flakes
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • some flour, to roll out
  • some lettuce
  • 2 pear (s), ripe, or canned fruits, possibly also peach halves
  • 4 tablespoon cranberries, from the glass

Instructions

  1. Place the dough sheets next to each other and let them thaw.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface into 2 squares (approx. 18 x 18 cm) and halve each diagonally.
  3. Separate egg.
  4. Quarter the camembert. Place 1 piece of each on a triangle of dough. Sprinkle with pepper. Overturn the puff pastry. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg white and press down firmly.
  5. Place the dumplings on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with almonds.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Wash and drain the lettuce. Wash the pear and cut into wedges.
  8. Arrange the dumplings with lettuce, pear and 1 tablespoon each of cranberries.
