Ingredients

  • 400 g mushrooms, mixed
  • 200 g cream cheese with wild arlic
  • 125 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
  • 5 spring onion (s)
  • 5 stems parsley, smooth
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • pepper
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Sauté diced cadet ham and spring onions in plenty of butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. After about two minutes, add the mushrooms (e.g. mushrooms and char), pepper to taste and let simmer for about five more minutes, turning frequently on a low setting.
  3. Add the creme frâiche and the cream cheese (if there is none with wild garlic flavor, you can use another such as French herbs) and stir.
  4. Finally stir in the finely chopped parsley, cook for another two minutes and serve immediately.
  5. Jacketed potatoes or baguettes go well with it.
