Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 large onions
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 clove (s) garlic or some garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Remove the skin from the onions, cut in half and cut into strips.
  2. Put the butter in the pan and add the mushrooms. Briefly toss the mushrooms and then add the onions. Now add the clove of garlic. If you don`t have fresh garlic, you can add some garlic powder. Then season the dish with spices to taste.
  3. At the end I always add a little butter.
