- 4 medium potato (s), boiled

- Heat a pan with oil. Cut the mushrooms, place in the hot fat and fry a little. Cut the peppers and onions into strips and fry them too.
- Cut the potatoes into slices and add at the end. Season to taste with seasoned salt and pepper and fry again. Serve immediately.
