Potatoes with Mushrooms and Onions

Much to my surprise, few people I know have ever fried potatoes with mushrooms. However, it is very tasty and satisfying.

Cook: 40 mins

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 800 g
  • Champignon mushrooms – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic
  • Sunflower oil – 50 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for cooking potatoes with mushrooms and onions.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, remove the top film. Cut the mushrooms in a way convenient for you.
  3. Peel the potatoes. Cut each potato in half. And cut it about 0.3mm thick.
  4. Peel the onion, wash. Cut into half rings.
  5. Fry mushrooms in sunflower oil, add onions to them.
  6. Fry until the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates.
  7. Remove the onion and mushrooms from the heat. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Fry until tender. Add the onion with mushrooms and garlic squeezed through pressure to the finished potatoes. Let it brew for 10 minutes.
  8. Potatoes with mushrooms and onions are ready.
