Ingredients

  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 100 g fried onions
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable stock in a pan. Add the ribbon noodles and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Spread the grated cheese over the pasta and let it melt for about 5 minutes. Scatter the fried onions on top and season with salt and pepper.
