Ingredients
- 4 chicory
- 1 liter orange juice
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml water

- Clean the chicory, cut in half and cook in orange juice until soft. Then let it cool down.
- Then remove the stalk and cut in half again. Lightly caramelize the sugar in a pan. Put the chicory in with the beautiful side, deglaze with water and let it reduce. Season with salt and pepper, turn over, season again and serve immediately.
