Caramelized Figs with Goat Camembert and Walnuts on Lamb`s Lettuce

Ingredients

For the dressing:

1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons, heaped mustard (honey mustard)
Salt and pepper from the mill

Also:

some olive oil
0.5 tablespoon ½ honey, more liquid

Caramelized Figs with Goat Camembert and Walnuts on Lamb`s Lettuce

Instructions

Clean the lamb`s lettuce and mix in a dressing made from oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
Then dice the goat cheese and heat the oil with the honey in a small pan on medium heat. Halve the figs and place the fruit side in the pan as soon as it has reached the right temperature. Add the walnuts as well. The oil and honey will start to bubble as you caramelize the figs and nuts.
Meanwhile, you can put the lamb`s lettuce on the plates, distribute the cheese cubes evenly over them and add the dressing. As soon as the figs and nuts are caramelized, they are also added to the salad.
If you like, you can also serve lightly roasted ham. A nice glass of white wine goes well with it.
