Ingredients

  • 75 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 4 fig (s), ripe
  • 100 g camembert (s) (oat camembert)
  • 6 slices ham (Black Forest), possibly
  • 1 handful walnuts

For the dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped mustard (honey mustard)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Also:

  • some olive oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ honey, more liquid

Instructions

  1. Clean the lamb's lettuce.
  2. Prepare a dressing by combining oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Divide the cleaned lamb's lettuce among serving plates.
  4. Dice the oat camembert and scatter evenly over the lettuce. Drizzle the dressing over the top.
  5. Heat oil and honey in a small pan on medium heat for 1 minute until the mixture starts to bubble.
  6. Halve the ripe figs and place fruit-side down in the hot pan. Add the walnuts. Caramelize for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the figs are golden and the mixture is bubbling vigorously.
  7. Spoon the caramelized figs and walnuts onto each plate.
  8. If using Black Forest ham, warm the slices in a pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Serve the ham on the side with a glass of crisp white wine.
