Ingredients
- 200 g lamb`s lettuce
- 250 g fi (s), fresh
- 200 g mozzarella, (45% fat in dry matter)
- 200 ml wine, white, semi-dry
- 2 tablespoon vinegar - essence (5%)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 3 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
- Salt and pepper, black

- Clean, wash and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Wash the figs, pat dry and cut into eighths.
- Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Arrange lamb`s lettuce, figs and mozzarella together on 4 plates.
- For the sauce, put the wine together with the vinegar essence, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard in a bowl and mix everything together well. Beat the oil into the mixture and pour the sauce over the salad portions.
