Carbonara with Bacon and Cream

Savor the taste of traditional Italian food – carbonara pasta with bacon and cream. Hearty and easy-to-prepare spaghetti with bacon and cream won’t leave anyone indifferent.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Pasta – 200 Grams
  • Egg – 2 Pieces (yolks)
  • Hard cheese – 50 grams (parmesan)
  • Cream – 100 Grams (10%)
  • Bacon – 100 Grams
  • Garlic – 1 Clove

Directions

  1. Cooking the sauce. Beat the egg yolks in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the cream, mix.
  3. Grate the Parmesan. Pour some of the cheese into a bowl, mix.
  4. Cut the bacon into slices.
  5. Fry it on both sides. Add a chunk of garlic for flavor.
  6. Pour the sauce over the bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Minimum fire, stir constantly.
  7. The sauce has thickened. Add pasta, mix.
  8. 5 minutes and you’re done! Put the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan.
