- little oil, or butaris
- 1 onion (s), finely diced
- 250 g carrot (s), cleaned and chopped
- 250 g potato (s), peeled and diced
- salt
- pepper
- a little ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 pinch vanilla, ground
- liter ⅛ vegetable stock

- Steam the onion in the frying oil until translucent. Add the carrots and potatoes, mix in the spices, pour in the stock and simmer for 30 minutes until soft. Then tamp down to the desired fineness.
