500 g carrot (s)
1 large apple, red-skinned
4 tablespoon walnuts

For the dressing:

Carrot – Apple – Salad with Orange Dressing and Walnuts

Instructions

For the dressing, squeeze the orange in a large bowl. Grate the ginger and add it. Add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir everything well. Peel the carrots, wash and core the apple. Rub both directly into the bowl. Mix everything together well and let it steep in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the salad when serving.
