- 1 small onion (s), diced
- 0.5 ½ apple, diced very small
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, milder
- 1 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 5 tablespoon vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
