Carrot Muffins

This recipe muffins are sweet pastries with carrots and apples, decorated with cream cheese cream.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare 15 muffin molds, insert paper molds into them. Grease paper molds with oil.
- Peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater. You will need 2.25 cups of grated carrots.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ginger.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, add 2 cups carrots, applesauce and butter. Mix.
- Pour the resulting mixture into dry ingredients. Mix.
- Divide the dough into paper molds, filling them three quarters full.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer. Refrigerate. Take out muffins in paper tins.
- Beat cream cheese. Add honey, beat for 1 minute.
- Decorate with the resulting mass of muffins. Put some grated carrots on top.
