Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 400 g carrot (s)
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 pck. Of pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 75 g cheese, rated

Carrots – Ham – Quiche

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion. Clean the carrots and zucchini and slice lengthways into thin strips. Dice the ham. Chop the parsley.
  2. Fry the onions in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the carrots and fry for about 6 minutes. Salt and pepper, take out. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the zucchini for about 4 minutes. Salt, pepper and set aside.
  3. Mix the sour cream and eggs together, stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove the dough from the baking paper. Place in a greased tart pan (approx. 28 cm Ø) sprinkled with flour. Prick several times with a fork. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  5. Layer the ham, carrots and zucchini alternately. Spread the sour cream evenly on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake in the electric oven at 200 degrees, convection 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes.
