  • 120 g low-fat quark
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 170 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 350 g kohlrabi
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g Goronzola
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Knead the quark with an egg, the oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, flour and baking powder, put the dough in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  2. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into 1/2 cm cubes. Also cut the ham into small cubes. Wash and chop the chives. Roughly chop the Gorgonzola and mix with two eggs, milk, vinegar, a pinch of salt and a little cayenne pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roll out the dough and press it into the greased tart pan. Pull the dough up to the edge. Place the kohlrabi and ham cubes on the dough, sprinkle with chives and pour the gorgonzola cream on top.
  4. Bake the quiche in the oven on the lowest rack (with convection at 180 °) for 35 minutes.
