  • 200g puff pastry
  • 1 squash
  • cream – 20 ml
  • 150 g fresh goat cheese
  • egg yolks – 3 pcs.
  • salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • 150 g cooked ham, can be substituted with bacon or raw smoked ham
  • onion – 1 onion

  1. Divide the dough into tartlets. Pierce the bottom with the tip of a knife. Wash the zucchini, grate it on a coarse grater.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cream, goat cheese, and egg yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped ham, courgette, and chopped onion. Divide the resulting mixture over the tartlets.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. in the oven at 180ºC. Remove from molds, serve hot or cold with a green salad.
