Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g white cabbae
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • some olive oil
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon herbs your choice

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Remove the stalk from the white cabbage, cut into strips and wash.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic, peel the onions and cut into cubes. Put both in a saucepan with a little olive oil and sauté. Then add the minced meat and fry. Now add the diced potatoes and the sliced white cabbage. Season with a little salt. Stir in between. After about 15 minutes, pour in the vegetable stock. Let it simmer for another 20 minutes. Then add tomato paste, spices and herbs and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
