Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower, or an equal amount frozen food
  • 4 medium potato (s)
  • 400 g minced meat, unseasoned, (pork meat)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 150 g cream cheese, natural
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g mozzarella, rated
  • 2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cauliflower ready to cook, cut into florets and cook in lightly salted water until firm to the bite.
  2. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes, peel them, cut into thin slices and cover the bottom with them in a buttered casserole dish. Spread the cauliflower on top.
  3. Cut the onion into small pieces, fry it in the pan until translucent, add the minced meat, fry briefly, add the garlic. Deglaze with the cream and milk and add the cream cheese. Season well with salt, pepper and the Worcestershire sauce. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar. Bring to the boil briefly and distribute evenly over the cauliflower. Finally sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs on top and bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 20 minutes until light brown.
