Cauliflower can be used to make a wide variety of delicious appetizers, salads, and side dishes. We would like to offer you a recipe for cauliflower with butter, eggs, onions, and herbs.
Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1 kg
Butter – 150 g
Chicken eggs – 5-6 pcs.
Cilantro greens – 1 bunch
Parsley greens – 1 bunch
Dill greens – 1 bunch
Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
Lemon (for cooking cabbage) – 1 circle

How to cook cauliflower with eggs and herbs (in a pan):
We clean the cauliflower from the leaves, wash and put in boiling water.
Bring to a boil, salt at the rate of one teaspoon of salt per liter of water. In order to eliminate the pungent odor, add one circle of lemon. Cover the saucepan and cook the cauliflower over low heat for about 12 minutes, until half cooked.
Put the cauliflower boiled until half cooked in a colander, let it cool, and disassemble into inflorescences.
Cut two onions into small cubes, melt 75 grams of butter in a saucepan or deep frying pan and fry the prepared onions in it until transparent.
Put the prepared cauliflower on top of the onion, add another 75 grams of butter, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes.
Finely chop the cilantro and parsley, set aside. Finely chop the dill.
In a bowl, mix and lightly beat 5 eggs, half a teaspoon of salt, and chopped dill.
Add chopped cilantro with parsley to the cabbage, mix.
Fill the cabbage with a mixture of eggs and dill.
Cover again and leave the cabbage with eggs and herbs over low heat for a few minutes, until the eggs are ready.
We serve a very tasty and aromatic cauliflower dish in a pan or on a platter, as a hot appetizer or as a side dish for meat.
