  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • cumin
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower, cut into florets and place in a pressure cooker with the whole peeled garlic cloves and cook for about 10 minutes, or about 20 minutes in a normal saucepan.
  2. Mash the garlic cloves in a salad bowl and add the cauliflower and chopped parsley.
  3. Mix the olive oil and vinegar together, season well with cumin, salt and paprika and pour the dressing over the cauliflower. Mix carefully and season to taste.
  4. You can eat this salad cold or warm.
