Ingredients
- 1 can celery (400 g)
- 1 tuber / n fennel, cut into small pieces
- some milk or cream or cream cheese
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- some salt and pepper
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 pack smoked salmon
- some oil
- possibly nutmeg

- Put some oil in a sufficiently large saucepan. Briefly fry the onion and fennel. Add the vegetable stock, then the celery (best cut into smaller pieces). Puree the whole thing and let it simmer a little more.
- Possibly add a little nutmeg. If you don`t like fennel, you can simply leave it out. Serve with a piece of salmon.
