Ingredients

  • 200 g chanterelles, fresh
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • parsley, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • some white wine, possibly

Instructions

  1. Wash the chanterelles and drain well. Cut the onion into wedges and cut the tomatoes into pieces. If you want, you can peel the tomatoes beforehand, but this is not necessary.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the onions. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and fry for 5 - 7 minutes over a medium heat. In the meantime, chop the parsley. Season the mushrooms well with salt and pepper, add nutmeg and / or wine.
  3. Simmer a little more until the liquid has almost completely evaporated. Finally sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
  4. Tastes best with creme fraiche and baguette, but also goes well with pan-fried foods or salads.
