Ingredients

  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 2 apples
  • 1 orange (s)
  • 1 grapefruit (s)
  • 1 chicory
  • Grapes, seedless, small ones

For the marinade:

  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • parsley
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice the cheese and ham. Peel the fruit and also cut into cubes. Remove the bitterness from the chicory and then cut into strips. Halve the grapes.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Add the cheese, ham and fruit and mix everything. Let it steep in the refrigerator.
  3. Fold in parsley before serving.
  4. The hearty variant: add the pickles, sour paprika or peppers and chillies.
