Ingredients
- 200 g leeks
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 1 can pineapple, chopped, drained
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Pineapple juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley

- Wash the leek and cut into small rings. Pour boiling water over the leek and let it steep for 4 minutes - it must still have a bite. Cut the Gouda into strips. Put the leek, Gouda cheese and pineapple in a salad bowl.
- Make a sauce from the other ingredients and pour over the salad. Let it steep a little and season to taste.
